- Kipp's Apparatus, often referred to as Kipp's Generator, is utilized for the preparation of small volumes of gases. NET Polyethylene moulded Kipp's Apparatus comprises of three main portions namely, acid reservoir, gas reservoir and base. A thistle funnel and a bulb structure are associated with the acid reservoir facilitating the entry of acid from the acid generator into the base portion via an inner separator.The acid reacts with a metal, positioned in the gas reservoir, thereby generating hydrogen gas which can be released using leakproof stopcock having self lubricating PTFE plug. The base has a cap fitted residual outlet for effortless clean-up of the apparatus.
