- A Tattoo Autoclave is the first piece of tattoo equipment you should purchase when setting up a new shop.
- An Autoclave is essentially a pressure cooker primarily used in the medical field for sterilizing medical instruments. An autoclave must maintain a temperature of at least 121 degrees for 20 minutes in order to fully sterilize the equipment. A perforated or wire mesh basket of the appropriate size is placed open end down inside the Autoclave. It acts as a "shelf" for sterilizing equipment as equipment should be placed above water level for achiving steam sterilization only.
- Use our Tattoo Autoclave AU410-T to sterilize your tattoo equipment. This autoclave utilizes steam to sterilize and disinfect your tattoo equipment. It is made of Aluminium with Mirror polish. Our AU600/AU605 - Aluminium/Plastic Perforated Basket with Handle completely fits in our Autoclave and helps achieve steam sterilization of instrument inside autoclave. AU610 - Sterilizing Rack of 36 syringes & 40 needles is use for sterilizing reusable Needles and Syringes.
